Mass Unfollow Everyone on TikTok

TikTok only lets you unfollow one account at a time, so clearing a long following list means opening profile after profile and tapping Following on each. Redact does it for you in bulk. It fetches everyone you currently follow, shows you the full list first, then unfollows them in one pass or on a recurring schedule. Want to hold on to the people who follow you back? Tick one box and the run drops only the accounts that never followed you. It all runs on your own device, so your login and TikTok data stay with you.

Why clean up who you follow

Years of follows pile up without you noticing

Your following list fills up with old trends, accounts you followed once and forgot, and creators you no longer watch. It shapes your Following feed and sits on your profile, yet TikTok gives you no way to clear it all at once. Whether you're resetting your feed, tidying up before a job hunt, or just cutting digital clutter, Redact handles the whole pass for you.

01

Your following list is visible on your profile

Anyone who taps the Following count on your profile can scroll through the accounts you follow, unless you've hidden the list in your privacy settings. Old follows can say more about you than you'd like, and clearing the list lets you rebuild it around who you actually watch today.

02

One-at-a-time is painful

TikTok has no built-in bulk unfollow. To unfollow a single account you open its profile, tap Following, and confirm, then move on to the next one. Redact automates the entire pass and saves you the tedious tapping.

03

It cleans up your Following feed

The accounts you follow are exactly what fills your Following feed. Years of stale follows leave it stuck on interests you've long moved on from. Clearing them gives that feed a clean slate to reflect what you actually care about now.

04

A fresh start, on your terms

Maybe you're taking the account in a new direction, stepping back from a phase, or just decluttering. Emptying your following list wipes that slate without deleting a single one of your own videos or affecting the accounts you unfollow.

What this feature does

Fetch your following list, then clear it in a couple of clicks

Connect your TikTok account and choose the Following category. Redact pulls your full following list and lays it out as "Following @username" rows, with a running count as it scans. One checkbox sets how wide the run goes, keeping your mutuals or clearing the lot. There are no per-account checkboxes either way, so the preview is what shows you who the run is about to touch. Redact then works through the batch on your own device, no opening profiles and tapping Following one at a time. Unfollowing only removes the follow relationship, so the accounts you unfollow keep their profiles and posts, and your own videos and account stay untouched.

Keep the people who keep you

Unfollow only the accounts that don't follow you back

Tick the box that says Only accounts that don't follow you back. Redact then reads your follower list, leaves your mutuals alone, and queues everyone else. What you get back is a list of exactly the accounts that never followed you, with the people who follow you back left out of it.

Run a preview with it ticked and you have your answer on who doesn't follow you back on TikTok, without unfollowing a soul. Reading the follower list does make the scan slower, and if it can't finish, Redact unfollows nobody. Both runs are on Premium.

Run it your way

Preview, unfollow, or put it on a schedule

Preview Mode

Redact shows you the list before anything happens, holding only the accounts the run will actually unfollow. It's a read-only look rather than a picker, and nothing is unfollowed until you start the run yourself.

Deletion Mode

Happy with the list? Redact works through the whole batch for you, on your own device, so you never open a profile or tap Following one at a time.

Schedule Deletion

Set a recurring cleanup and Redact re-runs the unfollow on an interval you pick, handy if your following list tends to creep back up over time.

    Download for your device →
  2. 2

    Connect your TikTok account

Open Redact, choose TikTok, and link your account securely. Your credentials are sent straight to TikTok and never touch a Redact server.

  3. 3

Pick the Following category and choose who to keep

Choose Following from the content categories, then decide how wide the run goes.

    • Only accounts that don't follow you back: keeps your mutuals and queues the rest, so the list you review holds only the accounts that never followed you.
    • Leave it unticked: clears every account you currently follow.

Redact lays the list out as "Following @username" rows with a running count, so you can see who's on it before anything happens. There's no date filter, because TikTok doesn't record when you followed an account.

Good to know: mass unfollow is a Premium feature.

  4. 4

Unfollow in bulk, or set a schedule

When the list looks right, run it and Redact clears the follows in one pass, no tapping through profiles. If your following list tends to creep back up, turn on a recurring schedule and Redact trims it for you over time.
