Mass delete your Grok chats
Everything you've ever asked Grok sits in your history until you clear it. AI tools keep all of it by default; Redact is the off switch. Wipe your chat history in bulk, filter by date, keyword, title, content type, or starred chats, and set preservation rules so the chats worth keeping survive every run. Preview exactly what matches, then delete.

Grok Deletion Features
Mass delete Grok chats
Clear your Grok conversations in bulk instead of opening and deleting each one by hand. Redact lists every chat in your account, your questions and Grok's answers together, so you can select what to remove and clear it in a single run.
Filter by search query, title, or chat content
Narrow deletion with text filters: match a search query, target chats whose title contains a phrase, or find conversations whose chat content contains specific words. Combine them to delete exactly the chats you mean to.

Preserve the chats worth keeping
Deletion doesn't have to be all or nothing. Shield every starred chat with one checkbox, keep any conversation that mentions words or phrases you choose, and protect whole content types like uploaded files, images, or web searches. Preserved chats survive a run no matter what else your filters catch.
Preservation
Always keep these, whatever the filters catch

Delete Grok chats by date range
Set a start date, an end date, or both to delete only the conversations from a specific window. Leave the range open to clear your full history.
Date Range
These dates are set to specific dates. The Scheduler feature will delete only between these dates.
Preview, review, delete, or schedule
Pick the mode that fits the job. Preview shows every match before a single chat is touched, Deletion wipes the queue in one pass, Review and Delete steps through matches so you approve as you go, and Schedule repeats the cleanup on a cadence with your settings saved as a preset.

Keep a local archive of your chats
Turn on the archiver and every chat in the batch is saved to a local archive on your device before it's removed. Clearing your history doesn't mean losing the research and ideas you want to look back on, and you can open the archive from Redact any time.
