How do I remove my information from US Search?

Yes. Neither domain serves a site of its own — both redirect to US Search with a parameter naming which one sent you. Both are on Intelius, LLC's California filing. Removing yourself from US Search is what clears them.
Is US Search covered by the FCRA?
No. Its footer disclaims consumer-reporting-agency status, and Intelius, LLC's California filing answers no to FCRA regulation. You can't lawfully use its reports for employment, credit, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions.
Has US Search had a data breach?
None documented, for US Search or for Intelius, LLC behind it. The 2023 leak you may have read about in this family was a 2019 backup of TruthFinder and Instant Checkmate customer accounts. The company's own notices on TruthFinder and Instant Checkmate name only those two brands, and BleepingComputer's report puts the total at about 20.2 million accounts.
