Use a masked or secondary email if you have one. The verification link needs a working inbox, but nothing says it has to be your primary address.

Fill out the removal search form
Go to truthviewer.com/api/helper/optOutLight/search. The form asks for a first name, last name, city, and state - the state dropdown sits on Alabama until you change it, so don't miss it - with zip, phone, and email optional but useful for tightening the match. Fill in the details for the record you want removed and hit SEARCH. Expect CAPTCHAs along the way - this platform serves several back to back in one pass, so keep solving and moving.

Pick your record out of the results and click REMOVE
The results list each candidate as a plain card - Name, Age, and a Locations line running through every city the record aggregates. Check the age and the location history before clicking REMOVE - common names cluster together, and the location lists run long enough that two same-named people can share several cities.

Fill out the contact form and watch for the email
One last form asks for your email, full name, address, and phone number, with a SUBMIT button that enables once it's filled - these details are how they verify you're the matching person, and the email is where the verification lands. Fill it in and hit SUBMIT.
TruthViewer's bare form states no window, but its platform siblings give themselves 48 hours to send the verification email, and clicking the emailed link is what completes the removal. So the request isn't done at SUBMIT - watch the inbox and the spam folder for up to two days, and click through when it lands.
