Scope the cleanup to exactly the timeframe you mean. Delete everything between two dates, everything before a date, or everything after one. Relative ranges work too, so you can clear everything older than a year or keep only the last month, and a relative range stays accurate every time a scheduled cleanup runs. Presets run from yesterday back to all time. Content from the last 30 days is free to delete on any filter; older content needs a paid plan.

Delete Nextdoor Posts and Comments by Keyword
Maybe there's one dispute you'd rather scrub, a street name you don't want next to yours, or a neighbor you've mentioned more than you should have. Add words or phrases to the content keywords list and Redact queues only the posts and comments that contain them. A second list does the opposite: anything containing those words or phrases is always preserved, so the lost-pet thread and the plumber recommendation survive a sweep aimed at something else. Keywords are matched against a post's subject and body, and against a comment's body, capitalisation is ignored, and they stack with the date range. The same word can't sit in both lists at once, so the two never fight over the same content.

Preview, Review, Delete, or Schedule
There's no need to worry about an overeager filter. Preview runs your settings dry and shows exactly what matched, without deleting anything. Review and Delete goes batch by batch so you can de-select individual items first. Deletion clears the whole queue in one pass. Schedule re-runs the same setup on the cadence you choose, so your profile stays the way you want it without you thinking about it again; scheduled deletion is a paid-plan feature.
