"Your request failed. Please try again later." is what this site says to everyone who tries to come off it, and it said it to every attempt on 10 August 2026. Read that message carefully, because it invites you to keep returning to a form that has no intention of working. Later isn't coming. Email is the route that reaches a person, and given what this site publishes, it's worth taking today.

Arrest data is the worst kind to leave sitting. It follows people into job applications and tenancy checks long after the underlying matter is closed. Don't let a broken form talk you into waiting.
What works
Send your request to support@inmatessearcher.com. Give your name, the state the listing shows, and enough detail to identify the record. Ask for deletion rather than suppression, keep the sent copy, and write down the date.
There's a useful thing to quote back at them. This site's own privacy policy carries a CCPA metrics table claiming a one-day median for answering requests like yours, across 111,614 of them in 2025. That figure is theirs, published on their own page, and it sits badly beside a form that has told every visitor to try again later for months. Mentioning it costs nothing and makes the reply harder to shrug off.
If a month passes with no answer, reply on the same thread rather than opening a new one, and say plainly that the website's own removal route does not function.
Screenshot the failure before you write. A picture of the error is what stops the answer that tells you to go and use the form.
For the record
inmatessearcher.com/api/helper/optOutLight/search opens on Remove My Information and wants a first name, last name, city and state, with zip, phone and email offered as optional. All of it goes in before the site indicates whether it will do anything at all.
Submitting returns a page headed Failed, reading "Your request failed. Please try again later.", with a countdown that returns you to the form. Nothing distinguishes it from a passing outage, which is the problem. It read the same way on every attempt.
The phrasing is worth separating from the reality. Sister sites MugshotLook and PublicSearcher refuse people too, though they blame a CAPTCHA rather than asking you back. Meanwhile PeopleSearchUSA, a Truth Now brand running the same software, gets all the way through. The software is fine. This installation of it is not, and "later" has been the answer for months.
This is a record of a dead end. Useful for capturing evidence, not for getting removed.
If it fails
No reply inside a month. Continue the existing thread rather than starting again, and quote the one-day median from their own privacy policy back at them.
Sent back to the website. Reply with the error and repeat the request. A form that refuses everyone is not a route.
Told to contact a different brand. This site is tied to the Truth Now brands by shared code and a shared server rather than by any filing. Truth Now's registration lists inmatesearcher.com with one "s", which is a different and unrelated site. So name inmatessearcher.com explicitly, with the two "s"s, and clear Check Secrets, SealedRecords and PeopleSearchUSA separately.
The record reappears. Arrest data flows in from county sources continually, so a cleared listing can return. Check again in a month and send it again if it has.
Stay off
This one needs rechecking more than most. The underlying records come from county and state sources that publish on their own schedule, so the site refills without anybody deciding to relist you. Look yourself up every few months, and look at the other brands running this same platform while you're there.
