Nothing on America Phone Book names a company, an address or a phone line. What it says about itself, and what its code shares with two other sites, leads to one person.
In the sites' own words. The About Us on the contact page is written in the first person by someone describing themselves as a free researcher helping with adoption, genealogy and family reunion, who says "I started Lookup United Kingdom in the mid 1990s". The contact page's only email link goes to lookupuk@gmail.com with AmericaPhoneBook.com as the subject. LookupUK.com's front page says it's "Developed and Maintained by Paul M. Field". And the privacy policy, last edited June 9, 2020, asks removal emails to name the site, offering "UnitedStatesPhonebook.com (includes AmericaPhoneBook.com)" as one of the choices.
In the code and the records. This site, United States Phone Book and LookupUK.com carry the same Bing verification token and the same Google AdSense publisher ID. The two US sites share a page template and a pair of Cloudflare nameservers, and both domains were registered through GoDaddy on May 7, 2015, 34 minutes apart. The operator doesn't state any of that. It's inference from shared infrastructure, and it agrees with what the sites say.
Not a data broker, by its own account. The homepage footer reads "We are not a Data Broker" and says it lists no California addresses or area codes. California's list of registered data brokers includes neither this domain nor its twin. The site still turns a name into a home address and phone number for anyone who asks, which is why it's in this directory.

The unlisted-number search is Intelius. The page title advertises "Unlisted and Non-Published Telephone Numbers", but the contact page says the site only holds publicly available phone listings. The footer link labelled Unlisted and Non-Published Numbers goes to Intelius, and so do the People Finder and Background Check buttons. Removing yourself here leaves whatever Intelius holds alone.

Same operator and the same page, on a different domain. Both privacy policies file America Phone Book under United States Phone Book for emailed requests, yet each site has its own button and neither says one click covers both. Search both.

The recheck replaced an email-only removal with the button the site actually uses, placed the "not a Data Broker" line in the footer where it sits, and dropped a claim that LookupUK lists this site.
