Then submit this site's own form

Go to the request portal on missouriarrests.org. Tick that you are submitting for yourself, tick Delete my personal information, and fill in your name, an email address entered twice, and a full postal address including zip. All of it is required.

The Additional Details box at the bottom is the part that matters. The form's preamble describes what it covers as your email address, search history and payment records, which is your footprint as a visitor rather than the arrest listing. Write plainly that you want the published arrest record removed, not only your visitor data.

After Submit a green box reads "Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly." There is no reference number, so screenshot it.

A full home address is required to submit. If the listing is filed under an older address, give that one. It is already published, and where you live now is not.

Check it worked

Give it a fortnight, then search your name on missouriarrests.org in a private browsing window, and on InfoTracer itself.

Check the sibling sites for every state you have lived in as well. They all query the same database, so they should clear together, and if one of them still shows the listing then the InfoTracer removal did not complete.

Search your name in Google too. A page can come down while the search result and its preview linger, and the preview is what most people actually see.

If it fails

If nothing happens

The listing is still up after two weeks. Chase InfoTracer rather than this site, since this site cannot remove what it does not hold. If you want to chase here as well, privacy@missouriarrests.org is the address.
You were told the request was completed and the listing is still there. That is the trap. A request worded around visitor data can be honoured exactly as written while the arrest record stays published. Reply naming the arrest listing itself.
The record is not yours. Say so plainly. Arrest listings are matched on name and are regularly attached to the wrong person, and a misattribution is a stronger argument than a privacy request.
The charge was dropped or dismissed. Say that too, with the disposition date. It does not oblige anyone to act, but a listing implying an unresolved charge against someone who was cleared is the version most likely to come down.
You were charged and did not expect it. The descriptor is SAFECART INFOTRACE. That is a billing matter for InfoTracer's support rather than a privacy one, and it goes through a different queue.
