Go to goodcar.com/optout, also reachable from the Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information link in the footer, and fill in the Request Form:

Request - this free-text box is the field that matters, because nothing else identifies your vehicle. State plainly that you're requesting removal of your personal information and suppression of ownership details, and include the VIN or licence plate of the vehicle whose report you want suppressed. A request that names no vehicle gives them nothing to match.
Tick the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA and press SUBMIT. The page then shows a message saying they will reach out to your email within 24 hours. Keep a dated record of what you asked for - InfoPay denied roughly a quarter of deletion requests across its estate in 2024, so evidence of the wording and the date is worth having.
The whole flow is this one form - the Request box is where you identify the vehicle.
There's a separate path for judges and law enforcement. Every opt-out page in this family carries a Covered Person Removal Request section citing the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act, for current, former and retired judges, prosecutors and law-enforcement staff plus immediate family in the same household. If that's you, use that path rather than the ordinary form - it's a different legal basis and a stronger one.

After submitting, the on-screen message says GoodCar will reach out to your email within 24 hours, so the first thing to watch is that inbox. Beyond that, confirming is awkward here, because there's no public listing under your name to re-check - the practical test is to run a lookup on your own VIN or plate and see what the free preview returns.
InfoPay's filing reports a six-day median on deletions across its domains. If nothing has changed after thirty days, escalate to compliance@infopay.com, the contact InfoPay filed with California.

No email within the 24 hours the confirmation promises: give it a little longer, then email support@goodcar.com or call (800) 764-0104, quoting the date and the wording of your request.

You're a judge, prosecutor or law-enforcement officer: use the Covered Person Removal Request section on the same page, which cites the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act.
Your concern is the data source, not GoodCar: title and ownership data originates with state motor-vehicle agencies and NMVTIS. A GoodCar opt-out suppresses GoodCar's copy and cannot reach the underlying state record.

InfoPay rebuilds from public-records feeds, so a suppressed listing can come back when fresh data lands. Recheck quarterly.
And remember the removal is per-brand.
