Removal is where it does stand apart. famfinder.com/optout redirects to famfinder.com/svc/optout/search/, a removal tool on FamFinder's own domain rather than a hand-off to BeenVerified's family-wide portal. It's a deliberate route rather than a catch-all, since an invented path on the same site redirects to the homepage instead.
