How to remove your info from Bumper

The steps

Submit your request

The form is titled Start Your Request Below. On it:

  • Set Request Type to "Delete My Information" - the dropdown defaults to "Access Information", so don't submit without changing it
  • Answer "Do you have an account with us?" (Membership ID only applies if you do)
  • Required fields: First Name, Last Name, Confirmation Email, Age, Street Address, City, State, Zip
  • The Alternate Information section (old address, alternate email, phone) is optional - filling it improves the match against your record
  • Complete the Cloudflare human check and click Submit

The page notes the details you enter are used only to process the request and won't be sold.

Use a backup channel if needed

If the portal doesn't turn up your record or doesn't work, Bumper's privacy policy lists three other valid channels, starting with the contact form with the "Do Not Sell My Info" topic selected, email to privacy@ltvco.com, or a call to 347-931-2725.
