Mass Delete Pinterest Boards

Redact’s streamlined interface allows you to delete Boards in mass. By default, both options are selected, but you can choose to focus on just Boards for now.

This flexibility gives you total control over what gets removed, letting you keep what matters and scrap the rest.

Need to remove multiple Pinterest Boards or Pins at one time? Redact can mass delete both pins and boards with just a couple clicks of the mouse. On the settings screen within the app, choose what type of content to delete - boards, pins, or both. This is where you specify what Redact will target for removal. By default, both Pins and Boards are checked, and you’ll have to uncheck one if you don’t want that specific type of content to be removed. This is just one of the many different content filters our software offers you on your journey to a pristine online profile. Target Boards for Bulk Deletion by Date Range

Want to delete content from a specific timeframe? Redact lets you filter Boards by exact dates.

Whether it’s a few months or several years of Boards you want gone, just set the start and end dates, and Redact will handle the rest. You can even wipe your entire Board history from day one if needed.

If you want to bulk delete Pinterest content from a specific time period:

  • Set a Start Date (only delete content after this)
  • Set an End Date (only delete content before this)
  • You can easily select a specific month or year by clicking the labels
  • To clear date filters, click the red text reading “Reset”
Select what date you would like to delete Pinterest from

Use the calendar icon for quick navigation. Clicking the month title lets you switch views to pick a different month or year. Use the “Reset” button to clear selected dates.

Mass Delete Boards Using Keywords

If you want to clear content related to specific topics or terms, Redact’s keyword filter has you covered. Just type in one or more keywords, and Redact will find all Boards that match. This is perfect for clearing outdated trends or removing content tied to old campaigns or interests.

Redact can find and delete multiple boards or pins by keyword search. Enter your chosen keyword(s) in the keyword input field within the application, and click the add button to include it. You are able to have as many or as few keywords in this box as you wish. To remove a keyword, just click the “x” that is in line with the keyword. To clear all keywords, click the "clear all" button.

Delete Pinterest Boards Based on Pin Count, Follower Count, or Re-pin Count

Not all boards are created equal – some just don’t perform. Redact allows you to mass delete boards that fall below certain thresholds. Whether it’s boards with fewer than 50 pins, less than 100 followers, or minimal repin activity, you can set your limits and declutter effortlessly.

Specify the pin count range of a board to delete. For example, if a board has less than 50 pins, delete it. Or, any board with less than 10 pins that was created between the years of 2020 and 2021, delete it. The targeting prowess of the Redact Software is next level. Give it a try for free, what do you have to lose?
Specify the follower count range of boards to delete. This is a nice way to remove multiple boards at once that aren't performing up to par. For example, you could remove any board with less than 100 followers. This will keep your most important boards at the forefront of your page and allow them to continue growing.
Specify the re-pin count range of a board(s) to delete. If a board is getting less than a specific number of re-pins you deem sufficient, you can automatically cull those boards from your page. Don't let dead-end boards distract your fans from your most popular content! Use Redact to tidy up your Pinterest Page and remove dying content.

Bulk and Automatic Deletion of Pinterest Content

Once you’ve set your deletion filters, you can pick from 4 distinct deletion modes.

  • Preview – allows you to see the result of your filters without deleting anything. We recommend running this prior to a bulk deletion to ensure nothing is wiped that you want to keep.
  • Deletion – this mode will delete everything matching your filters. Make sure you’re certain of your filters; this is irreversable.
  • Select and Delete – this mode will present batches of content matching your filters, which you can easily delete via bulk selection.
  • Scheduled Deletion – lets you automate ongoing Pinterest content deletion on a regular interval; this mode lets you make your Pinterest content ephemeral and self-deleting based on parameters you set.
