Is Your Amazon Data Download Taking Too Long?

This article is designed to help you download your data so that the Usko app can analyze it. If your download is taking too long to complete and you are stuck in the analyzing screen, first email us at support@usko.app and join our Discord server to open a ticket.

Check Your Amazon Reports

Before submitting your ticket please check to see what kind of reports are being generated from your Amazon account.

First, visit the following link:

You will see something that looks like this:

What we’re interested in is the “status” in the column on the right.

This column will explain why your data download is taking a while.

1. Report failed!

All this means is the file was too big to download. After the failure, the app is going to be extra cautious and break everything down into more manageable chunks. This will take some time, so please be patient!

2. Processing!

If the file is still processing, nothing has gone wrong yet! It will just take a bit to unpack all your purchases. Give it some time and check back again later to see if whether or not your reports have fully downloaded.

3. Complete! … but I don’t see my purchases?

Currently, Usko only supports analytics for purchases made in the United States. If some or all of your Amazon shopping was done in Canada, then you won’t be able to see it in the app yet. Feel free to submit a user request to our support Email and Discord.
